Labor rates and service call fees
Our labor rate is $125.00 per hour with a one hour minimum charge.( The only exclusion to the one hour minimum is if it’s just a diagnosis and it’s under the one hour then it is at the discretion of tech and the situation to only charge a diagnostic fee of $75 ) we proudly offer 10% discount to all active,veteran,and first responders.
Service call fee clarification-If point of service is within 30 miles of our location there is a $75.00 charge.If you are outside the 30 miles it is a $2.50 per mile and that’s only for a one way charge. The one hour minimum labor still applies with the service call charges.The mileage starting point will be 187 county road 7241 Nacogdoches Texas 75964.The service call charge is to cover overhead cost and lost time for driving to and from each job along with maintenance charges.
Extended warranty and insurance labor rates or $135 per hour.Customers are responsible for there deductibles and will be paid to Reliable Mobile RV service.
Reliable Mobile Rv service guarantees its parts and labor for 90 days from the date of repair.We warranty the parts and labor for these 90 days if the defect is related to the original repair service,the equipment has been used in accordance with manufactures guidelines since the original repair,and no other person has attempted repairs on unit.
